- Work and portfolio: work areas, productions completed, portfolio links, LinkedIn profile, Instagram profile, YouTube channel, IMDb profile
- AI practice: AI tools core to your workflow, traditional software you use, AI Disclosure Lab (ADL) level, human-in-the-loop policy, likeness-consent practice, production certification, creator certification
- Engagement and community: initiatives you are interested in, emergent AI-era role, governance participation interests, speaking interests, biggest professional challenge, expectations of AIMEG, a project you are proud of, referral source
- Free-form messages: any other information you include in your membership application or message
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for operational and security purposes; we do not use this data for tracking or profiling.
2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

- Google Apps Script / Google Sheets: the
/joinform submits data to a Google Apps Script endpoint that appends responses to a Google Sheet. Google processes this data as our processor.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on the Google Sheet.
